Dr. Rowe is a licensed psychologist in the state of CA. She received her doctorate from an APA accredited university, a gold standard in the field of psychology. She has been working in the field since 2010.

Dr. Rowe is a litigation consultant, provides expert testimony, and conducts medical-legal/psych-legal evaluations and expert rebuttal reports. She works with defense and plaintiff attorneys throughout the country. She has completed thousands of hours of evaluations, interpreting psychological tests, research, and report writing to meet the standard of care. She also evaluates malingering or exaggeration of psychiatric symptoms within litigation or other contexts.

Dr. Rowe works on cases involving personal injury, forensics, employment, identity theft, and other niches. She is also a peer review and rebuttal report expert. Dr. Rowe has been in private practice for the last seven years. She has experience working within: Hospitals, government entities, prisons, community mental health, and she has university teaching experience. 

Dr. Rowe’s clinical experience includes treating trauma victims, those with significant mental health issues, severe depression and anxiety, panic disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, court mandated individuals, bullied individuals, those with emotional distress, individuals who have experienced harassment and or discrimination, identity theft victims, sex abuse and assault survivors, first responders, medical staff, and sex offenders etc. Her experience also includes psychological testing for learning disabilities, to determine proper treatment and diagnoses for ADHD or other neurological problems.

Dr. Rowe is a member of the American Psychological Association, the California Psychological Association, the American Psychology Law Society, and the Society for Personality Assessment. The Examiner abides by guidelines set forth by the APA when conducting treatment, evaluations, and consultation.
